If you are a resident of NYC and are unemployed and not in school (or go to school at nights) and you are interested in a paid internship and job placement assistance contact me. I have a connect that can get you into an internship program and eventually a job.

It’s a 14-week program that consists of a 3 week ‘orientation’ where they teach workplace readiness and various skills needed for the workplace. They have a variety of internships in different fields. You choose a few that are interesting to you and they set up interviews for you. The internship itself is 11 weeks long. After that, if the place you’ve interned for isn’t hiring, they help with job placement. They also continue to keep in contact with you and you can always contact the director of the program for help with anything pertaining to applying to schools, scholarships or other jobs. The director and staff stay accessible and continue to help you out even after the internship is over.

The next session starts in the middle of March but you can start applying now if you’re interested.
